Khu đô thị Vạn Phúc city Hồ Chí Minh - Tiến độ tháng 09 -2018





☀️Tuyến phố thương mại Nguyễn Thị Nhung được đầu tư hạ tầng hoàn chỉnh với nhiều tiện ích: siêu thị, phòng tập Gym, showroom, coffee shop…
☀️Các dãy nhà phố đang được đẩy nhanh tiến độ thi công và bàn giao trong năm 2018:
☘ Lô G (khu Vạn Phúc 1): đã cất nóc
☘ Lô R5 và Q5 (khu Đông Nam) : đã cất nóc
☘ Lô S5 (khu Đông Nam): đang xây đến tầng 2
Hệ thống giáo dục:
📗 Trường mầm non Ngô Thời Nhiệm đang trong quá trình xây dựng. Dự kiến tuyển sinh mùa đầu tiên vào tháng 9/2019.
📗 Trường EMASI Van Phuc đang trong giai đoạn xây dựng. Dự kiến hoàn thành và tuyển sinh tháng 9/2019.
Các tiện ích hiện đại:
️⚽ Khu thể thao ngoài trời với sân tennis và bóng đá đã đi vào sử dụng năm 2017.
🎢 Hồ cảnh quan – Hồ Đại Nhật rộng 16 ha và công viên giải trí hiện đại Ocean World Ho Chi Minh
☘ Tuyến kè dài 3,4km đã hoàn thành hơn 70%. Sau khi hoàn tất tuyến kè, công viên ven sông xanh mát - The Long Park - sẽ được hình thành với nhiều điểm nhấn độc đáo
☘ Công viên ven sông Sài Gòn – The Long Park dài nhất nội thành Sài Gòn với 3,4km
☘ Kênh Sông Trăng dài 2km, nối kết và luân chuyển phù sa từ sông Sài Gòn xuyên suốt dự án.
☀️ Dự kiến cuối năm 2018, khu đô thị Vạn Phúc sẽ hoàn chỉnh giai đoạn 1 với khoảng 1,000 căn nhà phố và đón gần 5,000 cư dân về an cư.
